Our Policy on Refunds and Defective Items:

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Each canvas is uniquely created based on your specific photos and design approval. We encourage you to carefully review and approve your design before production begins.

Defective Items:

If your item is delivered with a manufacturing defect, and you report it to us within one (1) week of receiving your order, we will gladly offer you the option of a full refund or a redo of your order.

How to Report a Defective Item:

To report a defective item, please contact us immediately via email at premiercanvastt@gmail.com or by phone at 378-6960, providing the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Our Assessment Process:

Once we receive your report, our team will assess the issue and determine if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. We may require additional information or clarification.

Resolution for Defective Items:

If we determine that the item is indeed defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer you the choice of:

  • Full Refund: The full purchase price of the defective item will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Redo of Order: We will create and ship a replacement of your original order at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes:

  • This refund policy applies only to manufacturing defects reported within one (1) week of receiving your order.
  • Damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery is not covered under this policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or redo if the defect is not reported within the specified timeframe or if the damage is deemed to be the result of customer actions.
